Hey folks,
Sorry for the extra email, but if you look outside to the north, you may get to see the northern lights right now. There’s a G4 (“Severe”) geomagnetic storm in progress (nothing to worry about down here on Earth - just makes the aurora come further south). Naked eye you’ll see a green-tinted band that looks like a very wide stretch of clouds, and maybe a pinkish area to the upper right. With a smartphone camera you’ll see more.
