ARK and N2T resolver upgrade 24-June-2024

Dear ARK and N2T.net Community,
An upgrade to the ARK and N2T resolution services is scheduled for 2024-Jun-24 09:00 US/Pacific (2024-Jun-24 16:00 UTC). The update to arks.org is a maintenance update to existing services. The N2T update will be replacing the existing software. The services will be monitored and if necessary will be reverted. End users should expect no visible service changes and no downtime.
This upgrade should not cause users and providers of ARKs (or other identifiers) to change current practices. If you have been using n2t.net to publish your ARKs, please continue to do so. The procedures for creating and updating ARK NAAN records will remain the same.
Although we anticipate no visible changes, if you do notice possible problems, please send email to the arks-...@googlegroups.com, which we will be monitoring and using to post follow up information regarding this upgrade.
