Change my Base URL

I've put in the request to change my baseURL. I've submitted the google form in december and send an email on january 13th. I haven't heard back yet sadly. I'd love to have some emailcontact about it.

Hello, Nynke: 

I recommend checking whether the email address you used to send the request is the same one you used when you applied for your NAAN. In general, requests are answered very quickly.

Yes, using an email address that doesn't match the NAAN record slows down updates. 

Also, responses to update requests have been slower than usual because the NAAN processing code was undergoing changes. This should settle down soon.
