In the IETF draft, the link to the name authority table file is broken. 

The link is in this section: https://tools.ietf.org/id/draft-kunze-ark-21.html#rfc.section.4.1, and the url provided is http://www.cdlib.org/inside/diglib/ark/natab.

this URL is redirected to https://confluence.ucop.edu/display/Curation/NAANs, where the message is "'NAANs' has been deleted

A space admin may be able to restore it from the trash if you need it back."

Thank you for that correction. The ARKsInTheOpen.org Technical Working Group will apply that in the next revision. 

There's actually a lot of cleanup work to do, but right now the group is focussing on making important changes that won't be lost in the noise of the cleanup work.
