Thank you for taking the initiative, Josefrank!

Perhaps there was discussion among you all that I missed, but I have a few questions:

1. Is the name of this group arks-forum-ib or arks-forum-es (I see "to arks-forum-es" above)?
2. Does it make sense to have one forum for spanish and portuguese (easier to maintain), or one forum for each?
3. Should the forum(s) be only for iberoamericanos, or for all iberofonos in the world?
