You Are Invited to Our Next CraftHackEV event: Monday, April 13 at 6 p.m.!
CraftHackEV happens at 6 p.m. on the second Monday of the month at Gangplank, a co-working facility located at 260 S. Arizona Ave. (near the intersection of Arizona Avenue and Frye Road).
The event is scheduled for crafts people to show off their own projects, work on their crafts, learn a new skill or get tips and network with other craft entrepreneurs.
CraftHackEV's goal is to encourage East Valley residents to launch their own craft-based businesses.
On April 13:
Tear something up to make something beautiful! Mixed media artist Crystal (a.k.a. Crystal Daigle Fine Art) will demonstrate torn paper collage.
We’ll be working on a simple design, so you can get the hang of the technique. Then you can take off from there!
If possible, bring a glue stick/gel medium, some fun paper for tearing (photos, scrapbook paper, etc.), and a 4” x 6" stiff surface to collage onto (like a canvas, matte board, or cardboard). Or bring your own project to work on.
Save the Date: Saturday, Aug. 8
We are planning a CraftHack Camp - with sessions and workshops to help inspire your crafting to a new level. More information is coming...
