a formal introduction thread, so here it is and I will start!

My name is Theresa Calderon and I am studying CS at UCSD. I am
currently interested in learning more about Computer Systems,
Networking and Security. My hobbies are biking, running, cooking,

Hello!

I am Teague Bick.
I'm currently a first year masters student at UC Irvine in Networked Systems.
I've had plenty of course work dealing with networks and distributed systems, although some of my operating system basics are a bit rusty (working on that, though). 

I like martial arts, singing (not good at it =/), bad jokes, movies (B movies and regular movies), reading (Including Game of Thrones), gaming, recreational sports (don't really care which), talking, hiking, cooking, drinking...

I think you get the idea, I like interactive and social activities in general.

My tour at Arista will be starting on June 18th, and ending in the second half of September.

I can be a bit of a workaholic at times, but please message me if you're ever bored or are looking for more people for something...

Hi I am Nicholas Lippis,
I am a junior at Boston University and I am majoring in computer
engineering. I am interested in software defined networking (using
openflow not proprietary stuff like juniper and cisco), network
architecture, security, pretty much anything that has to do with the
shift from localized to cloud based computing.

My hobbies are cooking, biking, sailing, rowing, tennis, hiking,
atving, snowmobiling, and obviously jet skiing and watching premium
cable (hbo, stars, showtime).

This will be my second internship at arista, it is an amazing place to
work, everyone is extremely smart but hardly anyone has an ego about
it. If you have a problem anyone at the company will stop what they
are doing to help you. Its going to be a great summer everyone.

I'm Anirudh from UCI. I'm a first year masters student (Comp Sci). I'm into networking.

Passionate about football (ahem , soccer), like to play tennis (super amateur) and as any "good Indian" play cricket as well. Like outdoor activities. Movie-buff, read books. Want to try out sky-diving, bungee-jumping etc this summer :)

My name is Markus Salasoo and I'm a junior studying CS at Cornell. I'm from New York state, specifically Schenectady if anyone's familiar with the capital district.

I'll be interning from June 4 until August 17. I'm very excited to get started, I haven't done any CS related work outside of school before.

Some of my interests include music (I play bass in a lot of performing groups - classical, jazz, a rock-band), soccer, basketball (I think sports are fun to play regardless of skill), biking, and snowboarding. I also enjoy watching tv/movies, playing video games, and hanging out just to talk or be outside (California seems like an awesome place!). I'm down to do almost anything if you run it by me.
