How about Greenpoint Apartments? Apparently it's very popular among students. How long are you interning for? I'm doing 4 months. They have a short term leases.

Hi!

I'm doing 3 months (June 24th - Sept 13th). I heard about Greenpointe apartments too but I read some really mixed reviews (some reviews were really terrible!). I wonder if there's a college around that area that might have housing options too? From reading last year's posts, it looks like some people found a place at Marina Playa last year, though it looks like that could be a little pricey if you dont' have a lot of people.

I'm still looking for both as well! I'm really looking for something that isn't too pricy so I wouldn't mind

getting a 2-3 bedroom apartment and sharing with 4-5 people.

Aditya -- were you able to find out if some of the apartments you mentioned had 3-4 month leases?

Hi all,

So there is an extended stay hotel about half a mile from Arista that offers special rates for
Arista employees for their studios. Would any female interns be interested in sharing
a studio? I am interning from June 24th - Sept 13th and am looking to move in and out
around those dates. The cost for a studio with two beds is $77 per night (so ~1160 a month per person).
