How can I create a MyChart patient portal account?
MyHealtheLife is a patient portal that provides you with secure, online access to your personal health information at Stony Brook Medicine powered by CernerHealth. The portal permits you to review details of your own health records and medical history, as well as exchange health-related messages with your doctor.
The IHCP offers a number of resources to help providers take full advantage of the many features available on the IHCP Portal. The following training tools have been developed to help provider representatives and authorized delegates learn how to use the portal.
As of January 31, 2022, test results that you see on the portal may not yet have been reviewed by your primary care clinician. However, you can rest assured that all this information will be reviewed by your clinician, and information regarding your test results will still be sent to you.
