Hello ! I just got my first silhouette a few days ago and I'm having an issue where it will stop cutting either in the middle of a job or it will stop after "finishing" but it won't feed the mat back out after the last cut. My computer will indicate that the machine is "busy". If I clear the queue it will say "trying to reconnect" but never actually does. I don't know if this issue is with my Bluetooth or the machine's Bluetooth. I am leaning more towards the machine because I also use my computer for gaming and it never loses the Bluetooth connection with my other accessories. What do you think?
So then I put in the rotary blade, and the weird lines went away. Even though this isn't the tool I want to use, I thought I'd try. So I sent it to the cameo, and lo and behold, it STILL cut those weird lines all over the design, even though they don't show on the preview.
I'm running into an issue with Silhouette studio that it crashes anytime I try to use carriage 2 on my Cameo 4. I can't send anything to carriage 2 or even test it without Silhouette Studio crashing. I am up to date on software. Any recommendations as to why this is happening?
i am having an issue and hope that you can help. my cameo 4 has been cutting higher on the mat and cutting into the mat a few times even though i have the mat setting in the design section. what do you think it could be? its driving me bonkers trying to figure it out. i know older models had the load media vs load cut mat but cameo 4.ReplyCancel
