Calendar and PopupMenuItem don't pop up on IE11

Hi all,
My customer pointed out some problems while testing an application recently developed. (AribaWeb 5.2GA)
1. CommandBar is not shown.
2. Calendar (of DateField) does not pop up.
3. PopupMenuItem in PopupMenu does not pop up.
Safari, Chrome and Firefox passed the test.
Any solution or workaround?

Item #1 was caused by my fault.
