AribaWeb components not working on Chrome

The Generic Chooser does not do type ahead matching on Chrome.
Even the PopupControl's list shows up in some corner of the screen, not where the object is.
There may be other problems too. Any suggestions anyone?

Just to clarify: Both the PopupControl and the Type Ahead chooser are rendering their lists in some corner of the page which is not even on the visible part of the screen. Attaching some screenshots.
