Unwanted Dialogue box Displaying

Hi,

In my application sometimes I am getting a dialogue box ,
The content inside the dialogue box is just shown below.

    Got "0" for /ct/ad/content/AWXDebugResourceActions/4/js/jquery.notification.js
 
What is the reason for coming this dialogue box.?
Is that message is coming for any ariba feature, or browser display error message ?
