Ariadne 2.7.7 released with automatic XSS attack detection

This release is mostly about fixing a few annoying bugs, but there is
one major new feature: Automatic Cross Site Scripting (XSS) Detection.
This change may impact your own code, so read the explanation
carefully. On the plus side, all your old code is now impervious to
XSS attacks and you didn't have to write a single line of code!
