The expected is taken from the download page:
http://code.google.com/p/argparse/downloads/detail?name=argparse-1.1.zip&can=2&q=

where it says:
SHA1 Checksum: da0c55dc79cafe0eec50e7f10b06c72319a96f78

[argp...@googlecode.com]

I don't see this on Mac OS X with a fresh download of the zip file:

$ shasum argparse-1.1.zip
da0c55dc79cafe0eec50e7f10b06c72319a96f78 argparse-1.1.zip

Perhaps your download was corrupted? Closing, but feel free to reopen if
you're still having the problem.
