Importing http://purl.oclc.org/argot/ vocabulary into Drupal 7

I am a beginner trying to add rdfa into our job vacany page in drupal
7, which allows you Import external RDF vocabularies.
However http://purl.oclc.org/argot/ causes drupal to error, and if I
try this url in the browser I get a 404.
Other urls seem to provide content Eg. http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/CR-owl-guide-20030818/wine#
Any help appreciated.
