Can´t send mail from Argosoft Mail server

Hello 

I´m trying to setup Mail server .Net in a server i that have pay in Godaddy. I can received mail, but i can´t send.

I've already paid the license

The log for the error is

Many ISPs block outgoing port 25 (smtp) connections to prevent infected PCs  from relaying spam.

After asking godaddy for information about it, the said that I have to use this SMTP Service: dedrelay.secureserver.net as a relay service or smartserver. I tried using it but i still cant send emails from there. I am suppose to setup my email program in the same way, by writting smtp.grupo.com.ve on the port 25? What should i do?

If you are trying from that from outside, most ISP also block from outside, then you have to use the secondary port (standard 587)
