Maximum message size

Hi Archie,

The max msg size can be set from 1 to 30MB.
I would like to receive bigger mails :-)

Currently I use a workaround. Since the limit is only checked from the UI, I was able to modify the settings table in the database.

However, I think its better to have this possibility in the settings UI.

Can you explain where the database is so I can manually increase the max file size.
