Missing Add/remove folders in web interface

Hi, I'm running the latest version of mailserver ( v.2.0.5.0).
In the web interface, i can't seem to find where you add/remove folders. This was a feature in the old (pro) version.
Not sure if I'm missing something, not implemented or broken? Seems odd to be able to move things between folders ,but not actually create a folder.
