This may be a problem either with your news fetcher, or with your news
client. The (ancient!) FAQ posting program is clearly still working fine
- the FAQs appeared in my feed again as a result of your tickling it.
(It looks as though you posted them shortly after 9pm yesterday evening.)
Remember: All that program does is put a copy of the FAQs in your
outgoing usenet queue, with the appropriate headers. All other tasks
beyond that (sending, re-fetching, etc) is handled by the other software
you use - which I can see are NewsHound for transfers, and Pluto as for
reading.
So if there is a problem, I'd look in their direction.
(I have a vague recollection, for example, that Pluto can 'hide'
messages it thinks are from its user - though I don't know if it does
that by comparing message IDs with its database, or simply by looking at
the email address.)

I don't always keep up to date with usenet, and often skip
posts/threads, so I can't say if I saw it or not. Judging by my sent
news folder, I can only see two recent threads in which either I've
replied to Dave, or he to me (or both) - and looking on the Google
archive, I can't see a post from you in either:
"VRPC and WinClip" on comp.sys.acorn.apps:
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.sys.acorn.apps/j2o5QpcakBw
Or:
"Bristol RISC OS Users meeting - 10th July" on comp.sys.acorn.misc:
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.sys.acorn.misc/JVs-BLx9PIM
But it could be that, for whatever reason, your posts simply aren't
appearing in Google's archive.
Hmm... looks in this group via Google... you *are* turning up there.
That comp.sys.acorn.* post may have gone astray, then.

When I wrote the Autoposter, I probably used it in conjunction with
Alarm rather than Organizer - but as long as Organizer supports a 'task
alarm' (which I believe it does), it should be fine.
And as I've said, your FAQ posts yesterday evening and the other day
*did* appear here - both in this group, and the other Argonet groups to
which I am apparently still subscribed.

argonet.acorn.misc strikes me as being a suitable alternative for this
discussion, if need be.
