We hope you are looking forward to Maker Faire as much as we are!
This is a note to say that we are expecting you and looking forward to your participation this coming weekend, October 20-21. If you haven't yet received your official confirmation letter from us by postal mail, come anyway, and we'll take care of you on site. Please contact Valerie Aubel (val...@oreilly.com) if circumstances have changed, and you are not going to be there. Note that Valerie and the team are on-site already.
On-site at Maker Check-In, we'll provide
Note that your three-digit Maker ID Number will be very helpful for Check-In. You can find your project in this alphabetical listing: <http://makerfaire.com/austin/2007/makers/all/>
Other things to know:
Setting up: Load-in is scheduled for Friday, Oct 19th from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday morning from 7:30am to 9:30am.
We highly recommend that you load-in on Friday to become familiar with your location.
Tent camping: available at no charge to Makers starting Thursday at 3pm.
Please see <http://makerfaire.com/austin/2007/camping> for guidelines.
Volunteers: Friends and family have an opportunity to volunteer at the Maker Faire and will get free admission! They can learn more at <http://makerfaire.com/austin/2007/volunteer/>
See you there!

I managed to talk the Maker folks up to six credentials for the team. I'll
break ties as necessary, but hopefully we should be able to pass them off
between folks equitably.
Please let me know what days and times you're available, and interested in
helping with demos. There will be ample opportunity to wander the fair as you
do so; we'll basically be filling any unfilled player slots.
