Presentation Day

Hi everyone,

Just to remind you that Sunday 31st May is our last day of the season
down at the club. We will be having a presentation for all the kids
and would be grateful for a good turnout. There is also the Coach/
Parent Vs kids matches to be played so if you volunteered for the
adults team remember to bring your boots!

Training for next season begins on Sun 9th August 2009

Everything kicks off at 12pm so see you there,

Hi Folks,

I would just like to thank everyone who turned up for the presentation
day. Fun was had by all and the kids seemed pleased with their medals
and the chance to run rings around some of us. A special thank you to
the dads who turned out for the "Old Fogies" team, for playing a
blinder and for not requiring an ambulance! Incidentally the Alloa 2nd
team are looking for players for next season if anyone is up for it.
Ha Ha!

This season as a whole has been fantastic and has passed me by in a
blur! I want to thank all the parents for helping us make the ARFC
Minis such a success. We have come a long way and can only go from
strength to strength next season (only about 8 or 9 weeks to go!).
Hopefully we will be able to build on what we have achieved and take
the minis section further forward. Any thoughts or suggestions that
you as parents may have let us know in person or email us through the
website at arfc...@gmail.com

We are waiting until after the Clacks Rugby Development Group Meeting
on 2nd June before ordering our new team kit. Once the future of the
Clacks Colts has been determined then we will know where the minis
section stands in the grand scheme of things. When the order has been
placed I will let you know and those of you who ordered shirts and
shorts to buy will be able to pay either directly to myself or Jim or
online through the website. The payment page on the website is live
but if you could hold off until I let you know that the order has been
placed.

We will be having at least one summer rugby camp. Once we have sorted
out the details we will let you know.
