SoI just bought on the EA app: barnacle bay, dragon valley, and hidden springs. Closed out the window with my world code for hidden springs and I can't find it. No codes or recipes were sent to my email. I tried to log into customer portal and it needs a verification code sent to the same email address which, again, is not getting any emails from EA. I also purchased town life stuff, master suite stuff, high end loft stuff and fast lane stuff. All of them show purchased in the EA app but no code or option to install and its not in my game or game launcher. PLEASE HELP I just spent so much money and the only things I've gotten out of my purchases is Dragon valley and Barnacle Bay.

@hoover51figueroa For the stuff packs, you don't need a code; they've been automatically added to your account. To download them, click Sims 3 in your EA App game library and select Manage > Manage Add-ons. If you see "in-game content" instead of "Download" or "Installed," clear the EA App's cache and restart your computer.

For Hidden Springs, you do need that code, so please check your spam filter for any EA-related emails. If you don't find any, you can contact customer support and ask someone to look up the code for you. I don't actually know whether this is possible, but it's simple enough to ask. Make sure you request live chat rather than email; if you don't see the option, change the location in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue.

If the support rep does find the code, make sure they do NOT try to redeem it for you. Ask for the code so you can do it yourself. If they can't find the code or it shows as already redeemed, request a refund. If you spent money on Hidden Springs directly, you should get the money back; if you used SimPoints, you should get the points back. Support can do both, so if the rep says it's not possible, just keep pushing, nicely of course.

Hi, I'm replying from a different account as I can't log into my actual account because of email issues. I cleared my cache and restarted my computer and it showed they weren't even purchased so I cleared my cache again I am still just seeing "in-game content". Currently waiting for EA live support to reply about Hidden Springs. thank you SO much you are an angel!!!!!

@1894a401ca57e88a For the stuff packs, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game to get them to download properly. It's a good idea to make a copy of the Sims 3 installation folder, or at least the folders for the packs you already have installed, in case you run into this issue:

The idea here is that if one or more packs get stuck preparing, you could copy them over into the new install, then let the EA App verify the packs rather than waiting for them to download. Inside [install location]\The Sims 3, there's a folder for each installed pack, labeled by type and release order. For example, World Adventures was the first expansion released, so its folder is EP01. Point is, if you have backup copies of these folders, you won't need to worry about the App getting stuck preparing to download them.
