Hello,
I am new to the community,
I am doing research, building a finance project.
I want to fetch taxonomy data and other related queries.
I want a beginner code to fetch data in my python project assuming i have:
1. MacOS
2. Python 3.10
3. "%pip install arelle-release"
Help me with the code and instructions, I need a start.

Hi,
There's a brief API section in the documentation for querying an XBRL model that should help you get started. You'll need to configure the RuntimeOptions object as appropriate for the taxonomy/report you're using.
