FERC validation in Arelle

Hello Herm

I tried validating a FERC sample downloaded from their website in Arelle and getting the attached error.

Could you let me know why i am getting this error.

I even tried uploading the FERC taxonomy package in to Arelle and i am getting a duplicate targetNamespace error when i do so.

Could you help me understanding this issue.

I have attached the FERC sample as well for your reference.
