xbrlte:constraintSetAspectMismatch at validating XBRL instance

Hi all,

At opening the attached example instance of the NT2019 taxonomy of the Dutch government, Arelle outputs several messages that look like this:

I know this instance is invalid, which is exactly I would like to check in Arelle. However, other tools output only one message: "`LegalEntityName` MUST exists at least once." (I hope I translated this right, other tools show this in Dutch). Arelle does not show this message. Could anybody help me with getting this message in Arelle too? Is there an error in the taxonomy or am I not using Arelle in the right way?
