Hello, Team.

I want to use the following plug-in "Validate EFM non-XBRL HTML" to validate non-ixbrl html files, and it is expected that 300+ validations will occur on a daily basis. Here, my desire is that Arelle always open this plug-in and not move it to the archive folder in the future. Please confirm that I can proceed and utilize the aforementioned plug-in.

Thank you in advance for your excellent support, as usual.

Hi Ganesh,

We have no plans to archive that plugin, but I'll make a note that it's actively used by the community.

Thanks for letting us know!

Hi Austin,

Thank you for the confirmation; sure, this plug-in should remain operational as usual.

Kind regards,

Hi Austin,

My issue is, if any modifications are made to the existing HTML Validations (addition or deletion) per EFM, will Arelle update the plug-in?

Please confirm this point to ensure that we receive consistent support.

Thanks and Regards,
Ganesh

The SEC maintains the plugin. If they provide an update it will be shared with the community. So yes, EFM updates should be reflected by the EFM plugins.
