Regarding Validation error in DQC version 30

Hi All,

While using the below code we are facing the validation error.  This error is occurring in DQC version 30 while using the open-source code.  Not seen while validating in the Arelle platform.  Please find the error and code used below:

Error:

1. xule:error : [xule:error] rule DQC.US.0159.10081: '>' not supported between instances of 'NoneType' and 'decimal.Decimal' - IXDS ac-20260331.htm

2. xule:error : [xule:error] rule DQC.US.0237.10935: Rule: DQC.US.0237.10935 - Property 'name' is not a property of a 'qname'. - IXDS ac-20260331.htm

Code/ Command used:

D:\arelle-win-2.43.0\arelleCmdLine.exe -f "<filename>.zip" --plugins "validate/DQC|EDGAR/transform|inlineXbrlDocumentSet" -v --noCertificateCheck --logfile "Output.json"

Kindly help us resolve this issue and let us know if any more details needed from our end.
