It appears the validate EFM non-XBRL (EFM-htm) plugin was enabled. At least I was able to reproduce the attached snapshot that way.
For validating XBRL please have the Edgar Renderer plugin enabled and the non-XBRL (validate/EFM-htm) absent or disabled.
When filings are submitted to EDGAR Link Online or via 3rd party filings, each file specifies its attachment document type, so that EDGAR receipt software can determine whether to process them as plain HTML or as inline XBRL. However with the Arelle GUI the header parameters and document types metadata of EDGAR usually aren’t provided for the file being opened. So best might be to enable the plugin only for the desired validation.
