Arelle version, 2.37.53 "Excel Download"

Hi Austin & Team,

Currently we are using the latest Arelle version, 2.37.53. Are there any options for downloading the Excel document?

Hi Santhosh,

Yes. The SEC no longer uses the Excel document, but it can be enabled from the command line using the `--excelXslt InstanceReport_XmlWorkbook.xslt` option.
