Hi,

When validating a XBRL file I noticed that when there were two plugins enabled namely EdgarRenderer and DQC.SEC.ALL it shows the following two DQC Errors :
[DQC.US.0015.2051] Payment of purchase of common stock has a value of -10 .....
[DQC.US.0015.2737] Payments for Repurchase of Common Stock has a value of -10 ....

However on disabling the EdgarRenderer plugin and retaining only the DQC.SEC.ALL plugin it shows the following three DQC Errors :
[DQC.US.0001.74] The extension member, Subsequent Event [Member] is used on the axis ....
[DQC.US.0001.74] The extension member, Subsequent Event [Member] is used on the axis ....
[DQC.US.0001.74] The extension member, Subsequent Event [Member] is used on the axis ....

I have attached a sample XBRL for testing, can somebody please let me know what is going wrong.

Thank You in advance.

If the EdgarRenderer is disabled, and also validate/EFM not loaded, then DQC rules can’t know about the standard taxonomies needed for SEC rules.

Thank you Herm, upon implementing your solution I am still unable to get DQC results which show up when I validate the XBRL in GUI. Following is the URI I am using to validate the file with CGI services :

Appreciate your help on this.

Hi All,

I am unable to get both EFM and DQC errors for the attached XBRL using the following command, apparently it gives the errors only for the plugin which is mentioned at the very last.

Can someone please help me with the syntax for running both EFM and DQC validations using CGI service.

Please try with the plugins in a single list separated by a “|” character, and efm-strict replaced by disclosureSystem=efm-strict
