          All the Project Directors and Project Officers are requested to go through the communication attached.  SERP has hired a professional HR Agency to screen the most suitable project employees to deploy in APRIGP - 300 mandals. This is a great opportunity to assess the skills and abilities of our employees in general to plan for their future trainings apart from selecting the candidates for APRIGP.. CEO Sir has already explained to the employees unions  about the opportunity and the scope for their carrier building and also to improve their earnings. The MSCCs have not attended the meeting with CEO Sir. Therefore, I request you all to ensure that all the employees ( FTEs, MSCCs, Consultants and Support staff ) to take the first level online screening with out fail. Further information on this will be given shortly .
