The Texas Nursery & Landscape Association (TNLA) has some exciting things happening this summer and we were wondering if you could share this news with your members.  TNLA has launched NEW online digital curriculum packages that are both TEA-IBC List approved, the Texas Nursery Professional Curriculum and the Texas Landscape Associate Curriculum.

Each course package includes online digital downloads consisting of a modifiable curriculum syllabus, instructional PowerPoints, class activities, quizzes, and practice exams.

TNLA is currently offering a discount code TEACH23 to purchase each curriculum package for $150, normal rate is $200 each.

After students complete the course, they can pay to take the TNLA Certification Exam and become a Certified Professional before they graduate!

To find out more information about TNLA’s easy to purchase downloadable curriculum packages visit here.

In addition, TNLA will be attending the ATAT conference in Dallas this July providing a few deep dive sessions on how to utilize the curriculum offerings inside the classroom.

Also, if ag science teachers are not able make it to the TNLA ATAT curriculum training session we will be conducting an additional in person training at the Nursery/Landscape EXPO on August 9, 2023, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. If you know of anyone interested in attending the TNLA Curriculum Training at EXPO this August, please have them click here to register and attend for free. By registering for this training session Teachers will also get access to attend the Nursery/Landscape EXPO tradeshow to visit with industry experts and exhibitors.

For questions, contact Kristi Long at kri...@tnlaonline.org or Sarah Riggins at sa...@tnlaonline.org.

Thank you in advance for your time and help in getting these opportunities in front of your members.

Sincerely,

Sarah
