We are excited to invite you to the upcoming Woodland Clinic Competition Workshop on June 12, 2026, in Marshall, Texas. This workshop is being held in collaboration with Texas A&M Forest Service, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, and Texas Forestry Association.

The workshop will cover all components of the forestry competition. This is a great opportunity for agriculture teachers who are new to the Woodland Clinic to build their confidence in teaching forestry skills and preparing students for the competition.

The workshop will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Harrison County Extension Office, located at 2005 Warren Drive, Marshall, TX 75672. Certified teachers will receive 8 hours of CPE credit. The registration fee is $20, and the workshop is limited to 25 participants. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Please RSVP by June 10. You can register here: https://member.texasforestry.org/events/EventDetails.aspx?id=2062262

Additional details are included in the attached flyer. Please feel free to share this email and flyer with agriculture teachers or others who may be interested in getting involved with the Woodland Clinic and helping students learn forestry skills.

For questions, please contact the Harrison County Extension Office at 903-935-8414.

Thank you, and we hope to see you there.
