Good Afternoon All,

 

Many of you may recall the Legislative Bill Tracking that Arc provides during session that they have shared with us and we used to have on the FCCF website.  While the FCCF website is being worked on, we will share by email that you may then share with others.

 

We have attached the current Arc Bill Tracking where you may see bills that you were not aware of that are related directly or indirectly to individuals/families with developmental disabilities. There is a good explanation on how to navigate it upfront.

 

Some of the bill issues are related to ABLE Act, Guardianship, VR, Employment, Educational, Financial, Judicial, Service Animals among others, so these are important for all to be familiar with as you visit or talk with legislators whether in the home district or in Tallahassee.

 

There will be regular updates and we will see that they are shared as session goes forward, but this will get you started.
