CLI And config.h "compass"

Hello everyone,

I don't understand why, you have a superposition of the activation/
deactivation between the config.h and the CLI console. (in some point)
For example, I've deactivated the magnetometer in the config.h, after
I upload the code and run the CLI mode.
I test the Act/Deact with the letter "a" and the console told me
"Activated" !!! Waou How it's possible..?

I'ld like to know who is the master, the activation in the CLI mode or
in the config.h.?
However I'm interesting to know why the console let me do this action
"a" if I've deactivated the compass in the config.h
