Using with Prefab object in unity

I am working on a multi scene/level project in unity.  So I am using a prefab game object to be used in every scene.  Also I am using MPU 9250 series for getting the rotation of game object.  When I created the prefab, I attached everything properly and used wire editor.  But now problem is when I use prefab, the wire connection of Rotation reactor with MPU got removed and I have to attach it in every scene.  If I do any minor change in the prefab, the same wire connection disconnect every time and I have to reconnect it in wire editor.  Is there a way to connect Rotation reactor from within a scrip..  I could not find any topic on google docs help pages (tope exist there "Wiring by Script" but no documentation present there.  Kindly help.  Link is this :
