I already have every arm of 5 servos working correctly via Bluetooch, in publicare all the process and materials used, problems encountered, etc.

Now I want to take a step further, and connect the servos to arduino using a shield for servos, with the pca9685pw PWM controller,

(Shild type: https://www.adafruit.com/product/815) or similary.

external power supply
I have seen that the MPU-XXXX communicate by I2C. How could you make this communication? Thank you.

I2C is supported in ARDUnity Deluxe.
If you have ARDUnity Deluxe, you can find the ARDUnity/Arduino/ArdunityI2C.cpp file.
This source is responsible for I2C communication in Arduino.
MPUSeries has inherited the ArdunityI2C class and is capable of I2C communication.
You can add the necessary hardware through the Custorm Controller.
If you inherit ArdunityI2C when creating a custom controller, your code can also communicate with I2C.
