Question about the frequency of Ardunity reading from sensor

I'm using Ardunity to get a value from an encoder of a linear actuator, the code runs perfectly on Arduino IDE, but when I transferred it to Ardunity, there was a problem with reading the value. I guess it may be that the reading frequency of Ardunity cannot keep up. How can I solve this problem? Many thanks!
