Another amazing day with more amazing volunteers! Thank you all for your
contributions; you all did a great job.

Those of you who did not receive a prize from Massimo - please let me
know and I'll make sure we get something to you.

By the way, when I said ".. look forward to seeing some of you ..." I
mean that some of you were coming back again on Sunday. Indeed, I look
forward to seeing any of you again, whether at another Maker Faire or
otherwise.

I'll keep this mailing list going, you are all free to use it to
communicate concerns, ideas, or suggestions for future Maker Faire or
other events.

Stay in touch,
Michael

Just to echo Michael's comments, thank you to all the Arduino volunteers. I barely got time to come over to the Arduino tent because of the mob at Nerdy Derby (ITP/NYU project -- my day job), but everything appeared to run beautifully. It wouldn't have happened without your help. We couldn't do it without you.

I'm sure I could come up with a few suggestions/conversation points based on what I experienced during my shifts on Sunday.  But, I'll wait until the dust settles... I'm sure the entire Arduino team could use a few days/weeks to decompress.  :)

I did not receive a prize from Massimo... was he giving out prizes??!!

The number one question I got during my shift, which I did not entirely know the answer to: "Where can I buy this kit?"  People loooved the kit + book.

What would you like in the way of information for the prize dispersal?

Hello gang, congrats on an awesome show! We really got a lot of people interested in DIY electronics!

I second Anne's question. Massimo was giving out prizes? Are there enough for the Saturday morning workers that didn't get any? I mean, I would like a prize...

Cheers!

Hi All,

I had a very good time interacting with so many makers and of course everyone who volunteered. This was my first Maker Faire and I look forward to volunteering again.

Besides inquiries regarding purchases, repeat questions either centered on Arduino vs... and which Arduino to buy for a particular use.

Prize?

Michael, thanks for organizing things.

Cheers,

-d

I did not get any goodies... but I already have a ton of your stuff!  Maybe put me on your list for proto hardware or send me a Due :-).

Cheers!

Hi Massimo - I helped volunteer Saturday morning at the arduino table. Will be passing by ITP tomorrow, will you be about the morning or afternoon? Or early next week for swag pickup?

Cheers!
Stephanie Lowe :)
