i'm working on the schedule and have my almost complete work here.
please inspect and make corrections as necessary:

if you don't have access please request access and i'll grant you

my goal is to schedule:

1 volunteers setup (1 hour before opening)
3 volunteers for the first hour
4 volunteers for the rest of the day
1 volunteer for cleanup (1 hour after shutdown)

feel free to use this mailing list to negotiate trades amongst
yourselves, and please be respectful of this spreadsheet - this is my
working document.

i need one more person on each of saturday and sunday from 10-11 and
from 5-6

if you can do this please add yourselves

I can't seem to edit the spreadsheet so I'll just say that I'm confirmed for the times you slotted for me here. 

Do we just need to bring ourselves?  You'll have laptops, Arduinos, cables, LEDs, etc for demoing to ppl.  Also while I could probably go on for hours about the Arduino, do you have some kind of guidelines or "answers to noobie typical questions" document so we can brush up on these things?

you don't need to bring anything; however if you want to demonstrate a
project you are especially welcome to do so , in which case bring
whatever you need.

we do have simple laptops to support each station.

today at least internet connectivity was extremely limited so please
don't count on this.
