Hi!

I have placed an order for an xbee on Dec 15 (~$64). Since then I have
written to Tenet Tech, called them multiple times to find out the status.
Each time they say it is in the post. I never receive it. I would like them
to close the matter. I will place the order with other vendors. I do not
have anything more to say to tenet tech.I just need closure. Can
somebody responsible at Tenet Tech please look at this  matter and
return me my money (I dont wish to receive yourproduct even if you have
one).

Such a sad state of affairs!

thanks!
Venkata

Hi Venkata Pingali,

Its been a shocking experience especially to me to hear that we did
not respond well ! I deeply regret the inconvenience caused.

As far as the delay in shipment is concerned !Nor Sparkfun or us could
have done anything better in this case as the packages were held up
from fedex due to bad weather conditions over the last month !

For your information i have put in the link below (please refer to the
alert below):
http://www.fedex.com/is/

Its difficult to handle such exceptions and we have never fallen out
of our delivery schedule to any customer in the last 3 years of our
engagement with sparkfun !

I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and will make
sure that the customer support team at Tenet maintains more clarity
when cases like these happen (which they might have missed out due to
the volume of cases).

Please feel free to write to me directly at r...@tenettech.com if you
have suggestions and feedback and we are pretty much open to
incorporate changes to satisfy customers to the best.

Happy New Year and best of luck with your tinkering activities !

Thanks and Regards,

Thanks Ram and Dilip.

I am reasonably satisfied by your constructive and quick response
(phone call as well email).

I have also received the shipment - which was enroute as it turns out
(but again I was not informed about the same).

As we discussed the inventory management and post-processing
processing
could do with a bit of tightening up.

There are many competing priorities for growing organization like
yours. But brand/reputation building requires paying attention
to satisfaction levels of existing customers. A bit of investment
will save you on firefighting and allows you to focus on the larger
goals.

I am happy to move beyond this and believe that my/others experience
will
be better in future.

Thanks!

Sure Sir !

Your points are noted as strict action items and we will see to that
things like this never happens again !

Avoiding "Muda" is one thing we have been working on and we will make
sure we do a good RCA to identify such mudas .

Happy Tinkering !
