Hi Everyone!
Just thought I'd pass this along. Our fellow member Jon Coons passed this along to me. I looks interesting and has an entire Arduino/DIY session on Wednesday. Learn more and register here: https://escm.tech.ubm.com/2015/registrations/Meet-ups

We look forward to seeing you in just a couple of weeks at the Minneapolis Convention Center for ESC Minneapolis! We will be offering three informal Meet-ups for attendees of all pass types. There will not be any hard schedule for the hour-long meet-up, you can come and go as you please. ESC’s own media brands will have editors stationed at each of the following Meet-ups. Sign up now.
1.) Programmable Logic Meet-up - Hosted by Embedded.com’s Max Maxfield Day/Time: Wed 4th – 9:00am to 10:00am Have you ever wondered whether your embedded systems would benefit from using a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) to augment your microcontroller -- perhaps even to replace it? Or are you an FPGA guru, vendor, distributor, or design consultant looking to share your expertise? Whatever the case may be, if you have an interest in programmable logic the ESC Programmable Logic Meet-up is the place "to see and be seen."
2.) Ardunio/DIY Meet-up - Hosted by EDN’s Suzanne Deffree Day/Time: Wed 4th – 2:30pm to 3:30pm Engineers, makers, do-it-yourselfers, inquiring minds: Bring your DIY gizmos and gadgets to the Ardunio/DIY Meet-up, immediately following the Awesome Arduino Show and Tell session. We’ll join together for some casual conversation about homemade devices, designs, and ideas for designs.
3.) IoT Meet-up - Hosted by EDN’s Rich Quinnell Day/Time: Thur 5th – 9:00am to 10:00am "Internet of Things" is a catchphrase that encompasses a vast and growing array of applications for network-connected devices. If you're actively involved in an IoT development project, are considering starting one, or just want to learn what it's all about, join your peers and host EDN/EET editor Rich Quinnell for casual conversation and networking at the IoT Meet-up.
Registration is not required to attend, but by signing up now you are ensured a reminder about the Meet-ups taking place once we are onsite. Login below and then follow the link that says “Click here for the Meet-ups Sign-up”
