Arduino miniconf is go for launch

We have great success!

As everyone here has probably heard by now the Miniconf list has been
announced and we're one of the lucky few:

Each miniconf has a page on the LCA wiki to put up some information
about themselves so I've pasted in the description from our proposal:

We now have a limited time in which to put together the miniconf
program. This year they want to know the miniconf schedules well ahead
of time so they can be included in the printed conference program. We
need to get our skates on and start planning the program and arranging
speakers, so I'll follow up soon with info on what we need to do next.
