Just got an email from Little Bird Electronics, Arduino's "at cost":

(I've CCd the Melbourne Hackerspace on this since others may be
interested)

I ordered 10 from LB last week but I'm tempted to order more. Those 10
are all allocated to a specific project and having a few spare is always
a good thing.

To qualify for the free shipping the combined order would need to be at
least 5 units, so maybe it could be combined by state - you could get
other people in SA to put in an order with you, and I could get people
in Vic to put in an order with me. I'll probably order another 5 just by
myself, but if anyone else wants to pitch in and save on shipping just
let me know.
