Hi All,

This is my first Arduino experience. I have had my house under home
automation for 10 years. I started with X10 and a couple of insteon
devices. I have converted to Zwave some of my devices though. I have a
Vera controller for my Zwave. My X10 and Insteon are controller from a
lamp controller.

I am waiting for my 2413S PLM to arrive in the mail.

Question, what cable do I need? Is it an Ethernet cable for hookup to the board?

Yep! A Cat 5 cable will work perfectly between the PLM and shield.
