Hi,
I made some modifications in the structure and create 5 new blocks:

- 3 blocks to freely add code in Head, Setup and Loop;
- 1 to use Serial.print() only;
- 1 to use Serial.read();

I hope you like

Hi Daniel,

  Could you fork ardublock on github.com and send us a pull request to merge it back to the main trunk? Thanks.

David

New Block - For with variable name.
I create a new block for the for loop, in this block, we give a variable name to the iteration.
That block can be very useful and save some blocks, see that code in old version:

and in my version:

Sorry about portuguese on blocks =)

I will upload the code to github later.

Hi Daniel,

  Have you gotten a chance to put this on github? If so, send me a pull request.

Where can I found and install your 2 blocks Serial.print() and Serial.read()? I need blocks for if (Serial) and Serial.available too. Do You know where I can found them ?

Hi Enrico,
You can found this blocks on last version of Ardublock. I will create Serial.available() soon, but to add this block to Ardublock will take some time. I can send to you an unoficial version with this block. Do you want?

Dear Daneil,

I am using your jar compilation and the block Repeat betwen does not allow for decrementing (using -1 instead of 1, or other negative value). One is forced to change the code in Arduino to achieve that. Repeat should require + or - sign in that way it can be used for incrementing and decrementing. Any plans in modifying the block?

Best regards,
Tayeb

Dear Daniel,

I was doing the wrong thing. In fact when start number is larger the block works decrmenting the step value.

Thank you Daniel for your effort. So there was no problem with the block.

Hi Daniel, this is great stuff, could you advise how one adds custom code using the 'code blocks' menu, is it one line only???

Also here: http://blog.ardublock.com/2013/08/05/update-from-jose/  Jose has a menu block called 'CUSTOM' which shows a block for the DS18B20 temp sensor, I am unable to find the .jar file anywhere??? Please advise as I desperately need to use these temp sensors in Ardublock

Thanks very  much

Chris

Hello MR. Daniel Girardi,

This new Block´s going the right way.
Thank you !
only  2 thing´s can bee better:
1. a dokumentation how to use (one Picture with a little demo should bee enouth).
2.use a serialnumber or date ... for the file.

With best Regard´s,,
