Ihave the same problem. Uninstalling A360 fixes it but reinstalling it brings it back (i.e. A360 takes over .skp files)
A360 not critical for me at the moment so I can leave uninstalled. But could be in the future.
Hoping there is an easy setting in my ipad pro 12.9 inch 2017 model currently up to date ios which turns that choice on. Onedrive has been equally frustrating to deal with as icloud, as both are pushing other services on me that we do not desire.
When trying to move items within the File app, choosing the Dropbox folder seems to change the option "move" to "copy" automatically. This may be why you see the option greyed out when "moving", and you would need to "copy" the files to Dropbox and then can remove them from the original location if you need to.

Is Dropbox enabled as a location in the Files app on your iPad? If not, Dropbox won't be available within Pages. I just tested this on an iPhone XS Max and it's working fine, as long as Dropbox is enabled within the Files app first.
Thanks for the response. It looks to be an error from within the "Files" application. I already had Dropbox activated in Locations, however, when clicking around the GUI, re-clicking on Dropbox in Locations enabled the Move to Dropbox feature. Odd.
I believe Passcode/Touch/Face ID has to be DISABLED on Dropbox (via Dropbox app > Settings). Then launch Files and choose your Dropbox file location and make sure it loads. Then go back to your original app and try to Save to Files again. When done, re-enable Passcode/Touch/Face ID on Dropbox.
I tried to upload a video to Dropbox yesterday and ever since I cannot even view my files/folders via my laptop. I cannot even write a ticket to support. the only link on the site that leads me anywhere is the dropbox business link (kind of ironic that you can ALWAYS upgrade).

The files are hosted on another firms platform & I have been given access to this (I can get onto their project portal & see/download the files). I also have made sure to assign myself one of our BIM 360 Design seats we purchased.
Thanks for your post! Assuming that appropriate folder permissions have been assigned, this issue is likely due to a lack of BIM 360 Design entitlements. Check out: Workshared cloud model grayed out in BIM 360 section on Revit home.
This has happened to us in the last couple of days. Some users were seeing the greyed out files when trying to access them from Revit. Last week all users were able to access the files. The issue was that we had some users on Classic User Management, and some were added under the new 'By Product' system. I went to double check this and seen that the BIM 360 Design assignment was removed from Classic User Management, so I had to add those users under the new system by using the 'By Products' section in the new User Interface for assigning licenses. This fixed the issue for my team anyway.

I added some local files to my desktop playlist that are matching up to songs included in Spotify's catalog. The band is German though, so not all of their songs are playable for me in the US. I bought their albums while overseas and added them to my computer. The files play fine on my desktop playlist, but when I downloaded the playlist to my phone, the local files aren't showing up as playable songs; they are all grey. I've tried everything from the forums, but nothing is working. I think the issue is that the songs are included in Spotify's catalog, but I can't play them in my country. Is there a way to get Spotify to recognize that I'm using local files instead of the Spotify files? It's a shame that I spent money on albums Spotify won't let me play.
If so, we'd recommend performing a thorough reinstallation of the app on the mobile devices that your local files are grayed out, making sure to clear both the app's cache and data when doing so. You can find the step-by-step guide for your device in this Spotify Answer.
If they still show up grayed out after this, we'd recommend creating a new playlist on the desktop app with all the local files and following the steps here to have them on your mobile device to see if that helps.
Check your desktop network connection type. Make sure it's private. I have this issue whenever my network is set to public. After switching to private, restart Spotify on your desktop and your phone, and you should then be able to download files successfully.
Honestly, I changed the artist name metadata on my local files so Spotify can't recognize it. Since that artist name doesn't exist on Spotify, it can't be blocked due to the region. Now I can enjoy the music that I rightfully own!
The second issue is with uploading images and files they show as broken links even if you use the manual upload and select from local storage and if you use the embed option from the rich text editor. Here is an example of the link it creates and is showing broken and see fig 2 for how it looks in canvas..
Still cant access files link and the entire Content Selector doesn't work properly. I have been reading about an RCE server but the documentation is a bit thin. Does anyone have actual example configuration files for the RCE server like dynamic_settings.yml or a detailed man page that explains each setting like App_Host etc.
Second, it looks like you have stumped the Canvas Community. Were you able to find an answer to your question? I am going to go ahead and mark this question as answered because there hasn't been any more activity in a while so I assume that you have the information that you need. If you still have a question about this or if you have information that you would like to share with the community, by all means, please do come back and leave a comment.
Since May 2019 Canvas releases require an RCE server to be running. This can be done on the same or separate servers as in our case. Once RCE was running via a container and all the SSL certificates for it in place the problem was resolved in full.
Are these files coming from drive maps or Sharepoint drive maps?If so it might simply be a case of the drives not being connected, especially with Sharepoint locations as mapped drives as they seem to randomly disconnect a lot.
Yes they can. So I think I solved it. There were credentials left over from Office 2013. I signed out of Office, removed all credentials to do with Office and resigned in. It seems to have fixed the issue. THanks
Yes I first signed out of office. Went to credential manager and removed all the office credentials. Then signed them back into office. So far I have not heard anything back from them about it. So not sure if that is what fixed it or its one of those fluke Office things.
I would go ahead and install the 64bit version of office 16. When I had an issue with outlook and uses getting mail for multiple accounts this fixed the issue and Microsoft support said that is the recommended setup now.
