bowel adhesions

Hi, I had bowel surgery at the age of 6 months and have suffered from bowel adhesions ever since. I am currently age 45 and have had one operation to remove them at age 20. Of course this was a short term solution for a long term problem and the adhesions grew back even worse. I am still suffering with my bowels twisting and have tried many alternative options such as Acupuncture. I have read on the internet a natural product which has had great success called Abdotab. I’m just looking for some feedback on this product, thanks to anyone who can help me.
