Dear Residents,

Please do not make any payment to Ardee till further update.

*We are going to meet Ardee to ask them to raise bills for maintenance and electricity separately like before*.

We think that this is a trick by the builder to recover the maintenance amount. The builder is trying to take the electricity bill in the name of Ardee Maintenance Service Pvt. Ltd instead of Ardee Infrastructure Pvt . Ltd.

*In all likelihood he would show that the bill residents paid वर towards maintenance and not electricity*.

*The builder has also not reduced 70 paisa per unit due to lowering of FSA effective Apr month. We would ask the builder to make this correction too*.

*Please come to Ardee office near gate# 1 at 11 AM sharp in a big number so that we get them reprint the bills. The number counts everywhere*.

We are also considering alternatives such as legal course to tackle this harassment tactic. *Let's brace up for support and more action on this front in next 2-3 days.
